

Liara is the Founder and Artistic Director of Jukebox Collective. Her vision is rooted in collaboration and exploring the concept of dance as a language for inspirational storytelling. She has directed, curated, taught and produced work for a variety of local and international projects and clients. Liara is known for delivering powerful, inspiring education and artist development work and is invested in creating platforms for local youth and producing innovative cross-platform performance work.
Naomi is a multi-disciplinary creative working with Jukebox Collective on our photography and visual outputs.
Tayla is a dancer and the founder of creative collective WDGAF RAW. She has worked closely with Jukebox Collective over the years, whilst studying dance in London. Tayla works with our students to develop their movement styles with a specific focus on hip hop.
Youness El Mouaffaq‘’Cri6’’ was born and raised in Morocco and is known internationally for his grace and athleticism as a bboy. With a deep knowledge and connection to the international dance community, he has performed and held winning titles in some of the world’s greatest competitions including Red Bull BC ONE World Final, UNDISPUTED World series, BBIC KOREA, B.I.S China and many more. Youness currently teaches breaking in our academy.
Jo-el is a talented content creator, dancer and film-maker. He recently started his own YouTube channel and Instagram account dedicated to his photography and videography content. Jo-el has been attending our academy since it began back in 2015. He now teaches the open hip hop community class alongside attending college and taking part in the Jukebox Collective ‘Duets’ project with Ballet Cymru.
Lauren is the Strategic Director and works closely with Liara to deliver and grow the creative vision and mission of the organisation. Lauren has over 10 years experience working in the creative industries, after graduating from London College of Fashion she lived in Hong Kong and Japan, collaborating with partners and clients across Asia, Europe and the USA. Lauren oversees our brand communications, agency & productions using her international experience within the creative industries.
Temeka joined the team initially as our Community Engagement Assistant and now coordinates our projects and supports the Communications team. She is also a contemporary & abstract artist by the name Noble Sol.
Jodelle is a movement artist, model and influencer from Bristol. He has worked closely with our Artistic Director over the past 8 years to develop theatre work and bespoke performances. Jodelle delivers unique tutoring at our academy that encourages students to find their own expression through movement.
Kate has danced with Jukebox Collective since she was 8 years old, embracing many opportunities along her journey. She is currently developing her solo theatre work and training in both dance and acting. Kate teaches popping and locking in both our academy and weekly community classes.
Reule is from Cardiff and is an alumnus of Jukebox Collective, dancing with Jukebox Juniors as a child. He has been a part of the performing arts industry for over a decade, whether that be Dance, Acting or his current pursuit, creating a leading presence in the music industry. Reuel currently teaches our guest workshops for organisations across Wales such as RWCMD and NDC Wales.
Darnell has been involved with Jukebox Collective since a very young age, firstly dancing with Jukebox Juniors, one of our earliest dance crews back in 2010. Darnell has since begun studying Song Writing and developing his career as a Music Artist. Alongside this he works with us as our assistant producer and delivers weekly street dance classes for our kids club.
Tarina currently assists with the day-to-day running of our Academy Programme, ensuring the Wellbeing of our students and supporting the programme coordinator with Academy administration. Tarina is passionate about health and wellbeing and runs her own juicing business, delivering juices around Cardiff on a weekly basis.
Three-jay teaches the singing classes at our academy and enjoys seeing the confidence of the students grow year on year. He has been involved in many educational projects and academies throughout his career, supporting young people with mentoring, tuition and artist development.
Truli is a multi-talented individual in the process of developing her artistic career as a dancer and designer. She is the founder of Lab Creatives and studies fashion design at college. Truli is currently in year 4 of our academy and is represented on our agency. After completing her dance leader training, she now delivers hip hop classes within our community programme.
Brooke specialises primarily in the funk dance styles of popping and locking and has built a reputation as the forerunner of the UK streetdance scene having won numerous international competitions as well as being regularly invited to judge competitions all over the world. Brooke is the choreographer and lead dancer of the 2x Hip Hop International crew champions Plague and brand new animation dance team, Pro-Motion as well as a key member of the Funkstylerz & Fiya House dance groups.
Lizzie is our Programme Co-ordinator leading on our Academy and Education strands. She initially joined the team on a university placement and now works closely with our Directors to develop our multidisciplinary Academy programme and support our emerging talent.
Shawn is a versatile dancer, but is known mostly for his unique approach to Popping and Locking He is committed to developing a strong, influential street dance scene in the UK and nurturing the next generation of British talent. He is a member of Plague and Fiyah House & the founder of A.I.M Collective. With years of expertise, Shawn delivers tailored tutoring for our Academy students that spans foundations to freestyle.
Georgia is a trained ballet, tap, jazz and commercial dancer with a degree from Trinity Laban Conservatoire in contemporary dance. Georgia is one of our core tutors in our Academy, working with students through contemporary dance as well as flexibility and strength.
Patrik moved from Czech Republic to Cardiff in 2015 and began dancing shortly after. He is currently part of our academy and is represented on our agency. Patrik is invested in developing his artistic disciplines as a dancer and actor and also teaches popping for our community open class.
